Rachael Cook
Rachael Lee Cook was born on October 4 in 1979. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) and She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both stand-up comics and a social worker. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook was just seven years old when she appeared in a news announcement regarding foster care. At age 10 years old, Cook began working as a child printer, appearing in nationwide Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
